Hello everyone! Like many of you, I have also struggled with my physical and mental health and have found in physical activity and healthy eating a way to love and care for my body.
I would love to help you embark on your own journey towards a more active and healthy life, focusing on self-care and the connection between physical and mental health. For this reason, I have created this 10-day fitness challenge, full of easy and accessible activities for you.
This challenge will not only help you incorporate physical activity into your daily life, but also learn to love and respect yourself no matter your size or shape. I'm excited to join you on this journey and I hope you feel motivated and ready to go!
HEY! No process should be seen as "a few races" as we are used to seeing it commercially, so what better than to enjoy the process of a path that we hope will never end: personal development.
This challenge consists of showing yourself step by step how it is that you can activate yourself towards your goal.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Below you will find the PDF of the challenge in a calendar as a printable so that you can write down your daily reflection.
2. As you start your day, upload a story tagging @nutrikarlasofia along with the hashtag #SelfcareChallengeKSN
3. Upload a story daily tagging me doing the activity that corresponds to do that day.
4. BONUS: On the 10th you will be able to upload a reflection on how this challenge had a positive impact on your life, either with before and after photos, a video, a drawing, etc.
